Stages that keep up

Leads move from new to qualified to hot on their own as the score rises, and to won or lost when the conversation says so. A decline alone does not close a lead: it is marked lost after 14 days without a reply.

Score = 100 x (0.45 fit + 0.20 buyer intent + 0.10 asked for a price + 0.10 shared contact + 0.15 ready to buy). Fit is the best match against your ideal customers. Without an ideal customer, the fit weight moves onto buyer intent.

By default stage changes apply on their own and can be undone. You can switch them to wait for your approval, or off.
